Perpetual was crowned the Beauty of Africa International Pageant (BAIP) winner at the 17th edition in August. The model holds a degree in History and International Studies from the University of Calabar (UNICAL)

She is also the founder of The Girls Dream Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young girls.

Andrea Rubio of Venezuela holds the Miss International title after winning the competition in 2023.
