Tyla, Tems, Ayra Starr light up Obi’s House
The atmosphere at an event, Obi’s House, reached a feverish pitch when award-winning South African songstress, Tyla, joined forces with Temilade Opaniyi, popularly known as Tems; and Oyinkansola Aderigbigbe, aka Ayra Starr. The trio showcased an empowering display of girl power as they danced and partied together. They were joined by other top artistes including Rema, Crayon and Darkoo. Earlier, Tyla was spotted enjoying the nightlife with Wizkid at the popular Secret Palace club.

Saweetie takes Lagos by storm
American rapper, Diamontee Harper, better known as Saweetie, was another highlight of the festive season. Arriving in Lagos in style, she donned an all-white two-piece outfit, clearly ready for a memorable experience. Saweetie enjoyed her time in Nigeria, even capturing moments with Toyin, the wife of a former Senate President, Bukola Saraki. She expressed her excitement on Instagram with a post that read, “ba wo niiiiii. Merry Christmas from Lagos.”

A picture of the artiste holding bundles of naira notes also went viral and quickly become a meme on the social media space. She capped off her stay by joining a lineup of Nigerian artistes at the To the Max concert.

Gunna delivers electrifying performance
Another American singer and rapper, Gunna, ensured he made his mark as well. He joined other Nigerian artistes like Olamide and Ayra Starr to deliver energetic and intimate performances at Flytime Fest that left the audience enthralled. A standout moment occurred when he invited a female fan on stage to share the spotlight. He also brought Tyla on stage for a collaborative performance of their hit song, ‘Jump’.

Chloe Bailey celebrates with Burna Boy
Chloe Bailey, an American singer, seized the opportunity to immerse herself in Lagos’ vibrant party scene. Last week, she partied with Burna Boy, moving with him from one celebration to the other. Chloe’s infectious energy was evident as she danced joyfully throughout the festivities. The highlight of her experience came when Burna Boy gifted her a diamond chain inscribed with ‘ODG.’
